Around 100 employees of PT Arkadia Digital Media Tbk from Jakarta office, once again enjoyed a refreshing gathering out of town. Top management, division managers, editors and reporters, as well as other office staff, participated in this event.
The event on December 12-13, 2019, was held at one of the resorts in Ciawi area, Puncak, West Java. Departing with two buses early morning on Thursday, where several employees took their own vehicles, for two full days they all enjoyed various exciting activities, before returning to Jakarta on Friday afternoon.
Part of the gathering were some outbound activities aimed to strengthen the sense of Arkadia family and foster cohesiveness. Full of enthusiasm, all participants enjoyed the exciting activities filled with a number of games.
Other events include a series of internal sports matches between employees, including mini futsal for male employees and tug of war for women. And even though it was supposed to be relaxing and full of laughter, the employees keep trying their best to win every game.
An evening of entertainment filled with exciting internal acts, as well as a local singer performance, is equally lively. A large number of doorprizes were distributed during the night, which gave 'happy faces' to most of the employees.
On the way back to Jakarta on Friday afternoon, in addition to a chance for buying souvenirs, all the employees then enjoyed eating together at an iconic restaurant in Sentul area. And full stomach with relaxed feeling of the participants finally closed the two days of pleasantful gathering.
